Sarkodie is not a registered member of GHAMRO



Africa’s best rapper standing, Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie, is not a registered member of Ghana Music Rights Organization (GHAMRO), Fnnewsonline.com can confirm.



Sarkodie made this crystal clear when he appeared on the most watched entertainment show ‘Pundit’ on GHOne TV with George Quaye as the host.
The host George Quaye took the opportunity to ask Sarkodie if he is registered with GHAMRO and after several resiliencies, Sarkodie said NO.
Sarkodie confirmed on the show that he is not registered with GHAMRO but has acknowledged getting some royalties from the organization.
Sarkodie has recently launched his fifth album, ‘Highest’ which is the talk of town at the moment
