BIG 30 CLUB DONATES TO IMATES AT NSWAM PRISONS

Big 30 fun club an Accra-based humanitarian non-governmental organisation (NGO) on Thursday made a visit to the inmates and  also presented assorted items for the upkeep of inmates of the Nsawam Medium Prisons, at Nsawam in the Eastern Region. The items included; soft drinks, boxes of biscuits, used clothing, sanitary wares, toiletries, slippers and other consumables. Mr Tawia Augustine, the President of BIG 30 club said the donation was to show love, give hope to the inmates and help relieve them of insufficient logistics that they had He said the visit was also to support street boys mothers and fathers serving jail terms. Mr Augustine said the BIG 30 established in 2014, sought to bridge the gap between poverty. He said the organisation offer love and assistance every year to the newly born babies in Achimota hospital  and supports to children and motherless babies , especially the orphans in deprived communities. Few days after Kwami Eugene had professed his admiration for radio personality AJ Akuoko Sarpong of Citi 97.3 FM, the latter has responded. A J who was happy to have heard the news, tweeted: “Omg the secret is out, I’m also crushing on u right back booo @KuamiEugene.” Kwami was asked in an interview on ‘Coded with K Bonah’ who his celebrity crush was and in his response mentioned AJ Sarpong. “Do you know AJ Sarpong? She’s always on my mind. And MzVee and Becca…and let me add Berla Mundi,” he said. Kwami Eugene is signed on to Lynx Entertainment and has hit songs like ‘Hribaba,’ ‘Ebeyeyie’ and ‘Angela.’ AJ Sarpong is a broadcaster journalist with Citi 97.3 FM. Hip life artiste Nana Kwaku Duah aka Tic Tac has described some ‘young’ musicians as disrespectful, Citi Showbiz has learnt. According to Tic Tac, most of the musicians who recently gained prominence in the music scene, show gross disrespect to those who blazed the trail many years ago. In an interview with Doctor Cann on Happy FM, he cited Shatta Wale as one of the disrespectful ‘young’ artistes in Ghana. “An artiste like Shatta Wale goes on radio to speak against Ex Doe.
