Just In- MzVee Nominated for BET Awards 2016



Lynx Entertainment’s MzVee has been nominated in the Best International Act/ Africa category at the upcoming 2016 BET Awards. For that category, AKA, Wizkid, Yemi Alde, Cassper Nyovest, Black Coffee, Diamond Platnumz and Serge Beynaud were nominated as well.
MzVee, real name  Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, released her Verified album in November 2015. After that release, she was named among the ‘Top African Artists to Watch Out for in 2016′ by MTV Base. She has lived up to the expectation and soaring higher.
Internationally, she has received some recognitions over the years. She was nominated for the Best New International Artist Viewers’ Choice Award last year.
For the BET Best International Act: Africa category,  Sarkodie and Stonebwoy have won it in the past. Also, Kojo Antwi, D-Black and R2Bees have been nominated before.
