Becca Signs Zylofon Media Deal, Releases Audio And Video For “You And I”

Last Friday at Zylofon Media headquarters, a new chapter was opened to the entertainment media both local and international when beautiful and multiple award winning songstress Becca was unveiled as a signed artiste to Zylofon Media (Record label). The occasion was witnessed by representatives from MTV Base Nigeria, Sound City Nigeria and Trace TV with all the influential local media representatives joining the unveiling. Becca, who will be celebrating her 10 th  anniversary in October this year is super excited about this signing and is willing to work assiduously towards the partnership with Zylofon. PHARRELL SHUTS DOWN THE ROOTS PICNIC STAGE, BRINGS OUT PUSHA T, N.O.R.E, AND MANY MORE

Each year The Roots Picnic delivers the best music block party, and this year was no exception. Fans flocked to Festival Pier in Philly for the festival’s 10th year, with a lineup that boasted names like  Solange, Thundercat, Jeezy, 21 Savage,  The Roots,  and many more ( Lil Wayne  pulled out the morning of the festival due to medical reasons). Nonetheless the festival delivered, especially to fans who flocked to the North Stage around 9:15 for  Pharrell ‘s set, which featured performances by the artist and artists whose songs he produced. DAMIAN MARLEY BECOMES CO-OWNER OF HIGH TIMES MAGAZINE

Reggae legend Bob Marley’s son Damian has become a part-owner of the world’s leading marijuana magazine High Times. Damian Marley is one of 20 new investors in the ownership group that bought a controlling interest in the media company behind the popular pot publication, according to TMZ. Damian has been a fan of the magazine for years and admits its articles helped him as he produced his own line of weed as a co-founder of Stony Hill. High Times has been around since the mid-1970s and the original owners have ventured into live events in recent years. “High Times had me daydreaming of so many beautiful strains that at the time I had not yet had the chance to experience,” he says.
